05 May, 2008 - Road to Cambellton New Brunswick Canada by Emil
After spending the last few days in Quebec we set off towards Halifax Nova Scotia
After being on the road for 5 hours, stopping and starting we ended up in a place called Cambellton, situated on the banks of the St Lawrence Seaway
The ride was nice with nice views and interesting scenery Little waterfalls off the side of the hills over rock faces ,to fresh to shower under just yet but inviting all the same. The least said the better though about the road,it was in a hell of a state. Swerve to miss 2 pot holes and then hit the next 6, spent almost all of the trip dodging, swerving, weaving in and out of these bone shakers. at the moment the bikes seem to have handled it we"ll see tomorrow when we hope to hit Halifax
One thing I did notice though was that a lot of farmers seem to plough their paddocks over this side. The only reason could be they seem to plant more wheat crops than maize., but dont take my word for it ,if I see a farmer I'll ask
